  Email our customer care team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization number and provide your order details.

  Prepare Your Item

  Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and securely repacked in all original Fenton & Fenton packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Arrange Shipping

  Ship the item back to our warehouse using a trackable service; please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item and confirms it meets our policy standards, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
