“As an artist, I have the opportunity to make seemingly small moments larger. My work is often anecdotal - a practice of bringing blurred memories back into focus. The memories are simple and sometimes jumbled, so I play with abstraction and collage-like elements. It is more important for me to evoke the feeling of the memory rather than its exactness.”
